For many years we have been providing support services to our customers free of charge following our consultancy visits. We have decided to formalise this service and offer it as standard to all our customers and include it in our standard daily consultancy rate. Following any site visit by one of our consultants you are entitled to 30 days free telephone, e-mail and web-based support from the consultant who originally came to see you!
